Execute multi-channel ad buying, creative testing and ROAS optimization under the guidance of senior UA specialists.\nResponsibilities：\nExecute paid user acquisition campaigns on Meta / Google / TikTok / app store channels; manage daily budgets and bidding\nParticipate in A/B testing of ad creatives and iterate high-converting creatives with the creative team\nMonitor core metrics (CPI, ROAS, retention) and produce daily / weekly acquisition reports\nSupport ASO (App Store Optimization) and influencer / KOC collaboration campaigns\nSupport target-market UA strategy reviews and budget allocation recommendation\nRequirements:\nBachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business, Data, Media, Communications, Computer Science or related fields\nData-sensitive; proficient in Excel / Google Sheets; understands basic growth metrics (CPI / LTV / ROAS)\nClear logical thinking and a results-driven mindset; able to work in a fast-paced acquisition environment\nFully bilingual and fluent in both English and Chinese (written and spoken) to seamlessly integrate and collaborate with cross-regional and fast-moving teams\nPreferred Qualifications:\nFamiliarity with Meta Ads / Google Ads backend, or internship experience in ad buying\nMultilingual ability (target-market languages / Chinese), beneficial for multi-market campaigns\nCasual game player experience; understanding of performance creative logic\nFair Employment Practices\nAt NetEase, we are committed to fair employment practices.
