Come be a part of what’s next.\nNetflix Experience Design (XD) is an inclusive blend of design disciplines, focused on the company mission of entertaining the world. XD is responsible for the global Netflix experience, including how we acquire, retain and measure customer health, member streaming platforms, and developing, producing, marketing, branding and promoting Netflix experiences.\nResponsibilities\nProvide a wide variety of support functions to Directors within our Experience Design Organization, including but not limited to:\nEvent planning (e.g. offsites, workshops, conferences, internal team events, etc.) \nTravel arrangements (domestic and international)\nExpenses \nHeavy calendar coordination\nOrganization and prioritization to be able to handle and process multiple, sometimes competing, requests.\nStrong partnership and communications across cross-functional leaders and among Admins and EAs supporting those groups.\nFollow up/follow through and execution.\nCuriosity about the business context to be able to flag team misalignments or question prioritization.\nSet/create limits for the team and push back when requests are unrealistic.\nStrong voice on the team and enthusiastic participation.\nProactivity to spot trends and help to bring attention to needs.\nAbility to be discrete and handle sensitive information.\n\nThe Must-Haves\n5+ years of applicable Administrative Assistant experience in a fast paced environment supporting multiple leaders at one time.\nStrong instincts around people and organizations with demonstrated ability to influence \nStrong conflict resolution and negotiation skills and the ability to collaborate\nA willingness to fail fast and learn\nEarnest, mature, and ego-free. You welcome candid feedback and can constructively give it as well\nWhen faced with ambiguous situations, using data, intuition, and knowledge to make informed decisions\nAbility to adjust to changing priorities, handling new responsibilities, and remaining flexible in a dynamic work environment\nSelf motivated, quick thinking, and enthusiastic \nGenerally, our compensation structure consists solely of hourly pay; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in hourly pay versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The hourly range for this role is $38.46 - $71.39.Netflix provides comprehensive benefits including Health Plans, Mental Health support, a 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer match, Stock Option Program, Disability Programs, Health Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts, Family-forming benefits, and Life and Serious Injury Benefits. We also offer paid leave of absence programs. Full-time hourly employees accrue 35 days annually for paid time off to be used for vacation, holidays, and sick paid time off.
