The work is dynamic and we're looking for a Coordinator who is energized by that kind of environment: adaptable, proactive, and at their best when the path isn't fully defined yet.\nThe successful candidate will be self-motivated, quick-thinking, and flexible, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously and a strong emphasis on proactive communication and operational precision. The Coordinator will report to the Manager, Live Action Creative (Live).\n| Responsibilities\nProvide day-to-day operational support across live content projects\n\nCreate and maintain internal trackers, schedules, and project documentation, ensuring accurate and timely updates\n\nTrack incoming materials, proposals, and partner communications\n\nSupport key team meetings by scheduling, preparing materials, and documenting discussions and follow-up actions\n\nAct as a liaison with global, regional, and local cross-functional teams (such as Production, Marketing, PR, Legal, Finance) to facilitate information sharing and address incoming requests\n\nCoordinate with external production partners and vendors on logistics, deadlines, and delivery requirements\n\nFacilitate communication with global teams, especially for international projects or cross-regional collaboration\n\nAssist in on-site logistics during live productions as needed\n\nActively incorporate all information and provide better ideas to improve the quality of the Live content\n\nMaintain flexibility to take on additional projects as assigned, contributing to the team's overall operational efficiency\n\n| Qualifications\nMinimum 8 years of experience as a producer or assistant producer for unscripted content. Background in Live content is a plus.\n\nExceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines across concurrent projects\n\nProactive, independent, and reliable with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-moving environment without requiring close direction\n\nStrong judgment and critical thinking; able to assess when to act and when to escalate\n\nDemonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and maintain clear communication between internal teams and external stakeholders\n\nProven communication skills, highly articulate and professional in both written and verbal forms\n\nNative-level fluency in Japanese and professional working proficiency in English required\n\nInclusion is a Netflix value and we strive to host a meaningful interview experience for all candidates.
