We think of ourselves as platform engineers for infrastructure: building the systems, tools, and abstractions that let Netflix's engineering organization move fast without compromising reliability or efficiency.\nWe are building the Cloud Infrastructure Tooling team in Warsaw - a new team that will sit at the center of CIE, acting as a multiplier across compute, storage, networking, and performance teams. The charter is to build internal tooling, developer-facing UIs, and shared services that reduce duplication and let CIE's domain teams to increase velocity.
