Someone who is curious, demonstrates significant initiative, and exercises good judgment will be most successful both in the role and at Netflix.\nSpecific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:\nSchedule meetings, internally and externally, across different regions and time zones\nMaintain calendars and handle complex meeting scheduling\nManage the flow of incoming and outgoing material\nMaintain a log to track projects and their status\nCoordinate a high volume of international travel arrangements\nHandle administrative duties, including processing travel and expense reports\nManage various internal events and off-sites for the team\nPrepare team meeting materials and high-impact slide decks\nCommunicate extensively internally and externally\nQualifications:\n10+ years as an executive assistant supporting VPs or above\nTeam player who operates in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting\nAbility to be discreet and maintain confidential information\nExcellent structural prioritization skills and the ability to operate comfortably in an extremely fast-paced, ever-changing setting.\nStrong problem-solving abilities, close attention to detail, and a structured, solutions-oriented mindset.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multitask\nProficiency in Google Workspace apps (Google Mail, Calendar, Drive, Groups, Docs, Sheets, Meet, Chat) and standard enterprise communication tools (Slack, Workday).\nInclusion is a Netflix value and we strive to host a meaningful interview experience for all candidates.
