Teams that are actively hiring include: \nMember Experience Client Foundations Team The Member Experience Client Foundations team builds the server-driven UI (SDUI) architecture and tooling that powers the member experience across Netflix's iOS, Android, and TV apps. We build the schema, rendering, and data-access layers that let product engineers ship flexible, interactive features across Discovery, Playback, and Ads while championing consistency and performance across every client platform.\nAds Team This team is responsible for delivering and evolving the platform for innovative, customizable ad experiences. They build frameworks for interactive formats and server-side ad insertion with seamless, targeted delivery. You’ll work with cross-functional partners to ensure ads are integrated in a performant and engaging way for our members.\nRead About What We Are Doing: \nVertical Video\nGenSearch\nWhat You’ll Do:\nCollaborate with engineers and product teams to build delightful, performant, and accessible consumer-facing experiences using Swift on the client and GraphQL for data access.\nDevelop maintainable code that is robust over time, with effective automation and documentation to support knowledge sharing within the team.\nAct as a strategic partner with product management to scope projects, with designers to refine UI specifications, and with engineering teams to collaborate on shared infrastructure. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $388,000.00 - $558,000.00. This compensation range will vary based on location.Netflix provides comprehensive benefits including Health Plans, Mental Health support, a 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer match, Stock Option Program, Disability Programs, Health Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts, Family-forming benefits, and Life and Serious Injury Benefits. We also offer paid leave of absence programs. Full-time hourly employees accrue 35 days annually for paid time off to be used for vacation, holidays, and sick paid time off.
