Job Overview We are looking for a Software Engineer in Test who is passionate about quality and about mobile playback to join the Android Player team. This team owns everything about playback in the Netflix Android app outside of the UI, from streaming and offline downloads to the foundations that live events and ad-supported viewing are built on. You will own how we prove that playback works, across thousands of Android devices, on a client that ships every week. Right now that means deepening automation coverage for live and advertising, keeping a shared device lab fast and honest, and making test results a signal the team trusts enough to block a merge or a release on.
