The Workplace Experience Coordinator will be responsible for providing an exceptional experience to all staff and visitors, ensuring optimal use of our resources.\nThe successful candidate will be proactive and creative, and will be encouraged to express new ideas for improving the overall workplace experience.\nThis role reports directly to the Workplace Manager.\nJob responsibilities include:\nEnsure an exceptional experience for all stakeholders, including staff, visiting employees, new hires, guests, and interview candidates.\nPromote a high level of satisfaction among staff by promptly responding to their service requirements. Ensure the same level of service from team members and Workplace vendors.\nWork collaboratively with cross-functional partners and immediate team members to support the delivery of service excellence, continuously evaluating existing processes to identify areas of improvement to move Netflix forward.\nWork collaboratively with vendors to ensure high levels of service, maintaining solid communication and good working relationships.\nAssist Front of House vendor with Reception and Corporate logistics duties. Provide Reception cover if needed, presenting a professional and welcoming first contact to all visitors.\nSupport the F&B together with the Workplace Manager to ensure a high level of service and quality with on-site catering services.\nAssist with planning, coordination and set up for any events within the office - working with partners, vendors and stakeholders to ensure smooth and successful execution.\nWorking across various contact streams to assign, monitor and complete employee requests in a timely and efficient manner.\nAssist the Workplace Manager with staff engagement and Workplace communications, including but not limited to management of Workplace ELP content and monthly newsletters.\nManage office supplies, from design conception to stock control. To include, but not limited to, stationery, toiletries, first aid supplies, swag, and front-of-house supplies.\nWork with external vendors and Workplace Manager to actively improve and promote our sustainability performance.\nOnboard and welcome new employees into their new workplace.\nWork with the Workplace Manager to ensure that Health and Safety within the workplace is always observed.\nSupport Workplace Management and Operations teams on an ad-hoc basis as well as other EMEA Workplace teams.\nRequirements:\nExperience in a similar position for a minimum of 3-4 years is needed to be successful in this role\nA team player with an approachable and social disposition, with the ability to maintain successful relationships with all internal and external stakeholders\nCustomer service driven, with the ability to demonstrate innovation and initiative\nSelf-motivated and proactive, with confidence in knowing when to make a decision, and when to seek further clarification\nDetails-driven with excellent verbal and written communication skills\nFluent in English and French (written and spoken)\nDemonstrable problem-solving skills, with the ability to exercise excellent judgment in reaction to the current needs of the workplace \nAccustomed to multitasking in a fast-paced creative environment, with strong attention to detail and excellent organisation skills\nFlexible attitude and willingness to sometimes work outside of the usual office hours\nKnowledge and proficiency with Gmail, Google Docs, etc.\nDemonstrate a clear understanding of and embrace the Netflix Culture\nInclusion is a Netflix value and we strive to host a meaningful interview experience for all candidates.
