Role Overview This is a hybrid role, with an expectation to be on site at least 2 days per week in our Cork office. As a Staff Engineer on NETGEAR's mobile applications team, you will be an experienced, hands-on Android engineer who takes ownership of complex features and initiatives across our mobile experience. This role has a huge impact on consumers - you'll be shaping the app experience for millions of people who rely on it to manage their home networks every day. Working with a high degree of independence, you will drive medium to large technical initiatives that span mobile, embedded, and cloud systems, influence the design of complex parts of the codebase, and help raise the engineering bar across the team. We are looking for someone with deep platform expertise and, just as importantly, a customer-centric mentality, a strong sense of ownership and autonomy, and high-quality standards.
