If you are a proactive problem-solver with a hands-on approach - apply now!\nSalary:\n up to 16,500 PLN gross (Contract of Employment)\n up to 20,000 PLN nett (B2B Contract) \nTasks & Responsibilities:\nOwnership and subject matter expert for tools such as: Google Workspace, Azure, O365, Make, Jira,1Password, Slack\nConducting regular meetings with your team members,\nAssigning tasks to them and consulting on their progress,\nMonitoring happiness and atmosphere within the team,\nGathering, giving and acting on feedback for team members,\nTaking care of their development and helping people get the most out of their potential,\nPlanning development budget,\nExecuting HR processes: vacation monitoring, being involved in onboarding and offboarding processes, conducting performance reviews, being a key participant in appraisal and salary review process,\nConnecting people with the company’s strategy, NG processes and keeping them up-to-date with the company news.\nAdditionally, you will be responsible for more operational tasks such as:\nManaging day-to-day operations of the Service Desk Team at Netguru,\nEnsuring set KPIs and SLAs are met in order to deliver the best quality of service to internal stakeholders,\nCo-creating and monitoring policies and procedures for Service Desk Team,\nHandling queries and escalations from stakeholders,\nManaging and communicating change in the department and to the organisation,\nMonitoring of hardware stock, responsibility of orders and EOL processes,\nResource allocation/scheduling to meet the demands of delivering a service and managing changing priorities and issues,\nAnticipating the impact of business decisions on team’s operations and taking appropriate action,\nHandling cross-departmental cooperation when dealing with shared responsibility areas.\nRequirements\nVery good command of written and spoken Polish (min. C1) and English (min.
