Salary ranges: up to 180 pln/h

Contract: B2B

Tasks:

• Transform our client's business processes by identifying and implementing innovative AI-based solutions to continuously improve their efficiency, quality, and adaptability.
• Analyze and map existing technology-driven business processes, and design optimized ones using AI.
• Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements for AI implementations.
• Collaborate with the development team, process owners, and mentor on creating and testing AI solutions.
• Create and maintain project and process documentation.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience
• Experience with LLM/agentic solutions in production (not just PoC/demo);
• Agentic automation feasibility assessment;
• Agent workflow design (human-in-the-loop, escalation conditions), building metrics and evals
• Cost/TCO analysis
• Agents monitoring
• Excellent English and Polish skills
