Identifying inefficiencies, redundancies and opportunities for improvement.\nEnd-to-end mapping and optimization of key business processes, with particular focus on the sales process and deciding which Salesforce functions will be taken over by other systems as part of its replacement.\nAssessment of the existing systems landscape and defining which functionalities should be retained, replaced, consolidated or discontinued.\nMapping data flows between HubSpot, Salesforce, Productive, PeopleForce, enova and NG OS internally developed systems, including points of manual re-entry.\nDefining the source of truth for key data: client, deal, project, person, rate, working time, invoice.\nGathering requirements for integrations, process improvements and new features, and their prioritization, agreed with tool owners and internal development teams.\nOversight of system migrations and consolidation, including the migration from PeopleForce to an internally developed platform: requirements, completeness, validation, sign-off.\nProgram plan and its management: schedule, dependencies, decisions.\nDesign and delivery of change communication.\nActing as a filter for new process and tool ideas, ensuring alignment with business priorities, operational efficiency and the overall systems architecture.\nRequirements\n5+ years in transformation, process excellence, PMO or operations at a company of 200-1,000 people.\nFluent English and Polish.\nExperience leading cross-functional process optimization and business systems transformation initiatives.\nAt least one system decommissioning, consolidation or replacement (CRM, PSA, ERP, HRIS), from audit to sign-off.\nDesigning integrations at the requirements level: master data, sync direction and frequency, error handling.\nWriting requirements for an in-house development team and prioritizing the backlog with the product owner.\nData migrations: field mapping, cleansing, validation, GDPR.\nSystems thinking and process modeling.\nWorking with senior stakeholders, including the management board.\nHolding to decisions under pressure.\nTalking to developers as an equal, without coding.\nProgram management: schedule, dependencies, decisions.\nChange communication.\nClear and concise communication.\nNice-to-haves:\n HubSpot, Salesforce, Productive, enova.\nIntegration tools (e.g. Make, Zapier,
