If you want a fast-paced launchpad into recruiting, venture capital, or startup operations, this is the place to start.\nWhat you’ll do\nFind and talk to the sharpest software engineers, PMs, and GTM leaders from top-tier universities and companies. You'll own the outreach strategy from day one.\n\nLearn the full hiring lifecycle, which means everything from writing your own outbound pitches and running initial screens to managing the candidate pipeline and helping close offers.\n\nFigure out ways to use AI and automation tools to handle the boring stuff so you can focus on writing better messages and talking to candidates.\n\nPartner directly with our internal teams to calibrate on active roles and use data to spot and fix bottlenecks in our hiring process.\n\nGive every single candidate an incredible experience and get really good at telling the Netic story.\n\nWhat you’ll bring\nA recent or upcoming degree from a top school, but more importantly, a habit of working hard and winning at things you care about (whether that’s academics, sports, or projects you built outside of class).\n\nReal grit.
