This position is responsible for resolving escalated IT issues, provisioning and maintaining cloud resources, supporting cloud-based application environments, providing Tier I support for the AIForge software product, and assisting with the company’s cybersecurity and CMMC compliance program.\nKey Responsibilities\n IT Support and Microsoft 365 Administration\nProvide Tier II and Tier III technical support for hardware, software, network, authentication, and cloud-related issues.\nAdminister Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, OneDrive, and Microsoft Entra ID.\nManage user accounts, licenses, permissions, onboarding, and offboarding.\nConfigure, maintain, and troubleshoot identity and access security controls, including multi-factor authentication (MFA), Conditional Access policies, and other Microsoft 365 security settings, in accordance with company security requirements.\nUse ConnectWise Manage to document, track, and resolve IT service requests and incidents.\nProvide Tier I technical support for the AIForge software product, including troubleshooting user issues, assisting with basic configuration and access questions, documenting support requests, and escalating issues as appropriate.\nEndpoint Management and Security\nUse Microsoft Intune to enroll, configure, manage, and monitor Windows endpoints and applicable mobile devices.\nImage, provision, configure, and deploy laptops, operating systems, and required applications.\nManage operating system and third-party software updates, endpoint compliance, encryption, and security configurations.\nMonitor and maintain endpoint protection and security tools, including Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Microsoft Defender Antivirus, and Windows Defender Firewall.\nUse remote monitoring and management tools to deploy software updates, remotely access company laptops for troubleshooting, and maintain endpoint health and security.\nTroubleshoot endpoint issues and maintain hardware and software inventories.\n Azure Cloud Administration\nProvision, configure, and maintain Azure resources and project-specific cloud environments.\nDeploy and administer virtual machines, virtual desktops, virtual networks (VNets), Azure Firewall, Kubernetes and container infrastructure, databases, storage, and other cloud resources supporting application environments.\nConfigure and maintain cloud networking, connectivity, access permissions, and security controls.\nMonitor cloud resource health, performance, logging, backups, recovery capabilities, and security configurations.\nTroubleshoot cloud infrastructure issues, document configurations, and monitor resource utilization and costs.\nDevelop knowledge of new Azure services and technologies as needed to support company and project requirements.\n Security Operations, CMMC Compliance, and Documentation\nCollect, review, and retain audit logs from Microsoft 365, endpoints, and Azure environments in accordance with company procedures.\nMonitor security alerts, investigate potential issues, and support incident response activities.\nMaintain and help implement existing security controls, configuration baselines, and security procedures supporting CMMC compliance.\nAssist with maintaining the System Security Plan (SSP), system security documentation, asset inventories, and other CMMC compliance records.\nCollect, organize, and maintain evidence supporting security control implementation and assessment.\nSupport vulnerability remediation, access reviews, security configuration management, and ongoing security monitoring.\nFollow established change management procedures, document system changes, and maintain technical documentation, system configurations, procedures, and network or cloud architecture diagrams.\nIdentify opportunities to automate routine administrative tasks and improve IT operations, security, and reliability.\nQualifications\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.\nAt least 3 years of relevant experience in IT systems administration, technical support, endpoint management, or cloud administration.\nHands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 services and managing Windows endpoints.\nHands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including provisioning and managing cloud resources, configuring virtual networks and access controls, and troubleshooting cloud infrastructure.\nUnderstanding of identity and access management, network security, endpoint protection, patch management, and troubleshooting.\nStrong problem-solving, documentation, communication, and customer service skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and learn new technologies.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Microsoft 365 GCC High and/or Azure Government.\nExperience with ConnectWise Manage and ConnectWise Automate, including ticket management, remote monitoring and management, software update deployment, and remote access to endpoints.\nFamiliarity with CMMC Level 2, NIST SP 800-171, System Security Plans, audit evidence, and security control implementation.\nExperience with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Microsoft Intune, endpoint security monitoring, and vulnerability management.\nExperience with Azure networking, virtual machines, virtual desktops, Kubernetes or container infrastructure, databases, and cloud monitoring.\nExperience with PowerShell, Azure CLI, scripting, or automation.\nFamiliarity with incident response, security logging, and backup and recovery.\nRelevant Microsoft or Azure certifications.\nAbout Us\nAt NetImpact Strategies, we post salary ranges in compliance with the specific labor laws and regulations of each county and state, ensuring transparency and fairness in our hiring practices. The posted salary range for this role is $80,000-$110,000. The posted salary range is not an exact indication of the actual compensation offered and is instead a range of what NetImpact, in good faith, could compensate at the lowest and most high end of the salary market. In general, NetImpact may not pay the top of the salary range.
