The engineer will independently deliver features across the stack, integrate AI-enabled capabilities, and collaborate with product, UX, AI, QA, and DevOps teams.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Own features end to end: UI, API, data model, tests, and release.\n\n- Develop responsive, high-performance interfaces using React and TypeScript, including dashboards, tables, forms, filters, charts, and conversational panels.\n\n- Design and implement RESTful APIs and backend services using Python and FastAPI.\n\n- Design SQL and NoSQL data models and write efficient queries.\n\n- Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs, agent services, enterprise data sources, and third-party services, handling loading, streaming, error, and long-running states.\n\n- Implement authentication, authorization, input validation, and secure API patterns.\n\n- Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests and keep them green in CI.\n\n- Diagnose performance bottlenecks across the UI, API, and database layers.\n\n- Participate in solution design, code reviews, sprint ceremonies, releases, and production support.\n\n- Guide Associates through pairing and code reviews.\n\nRequired Skills and Qualifications :\n\n- 3-5 years of hands-on full-stack development experience.\n\n- Strong experience with React, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript.\n\n- Strong Python programming and FastAPI experience.\n\n- Experience designing RESTful APIs and data-intensive applications.\n\n- Experience with PostgreSQL or a comparable relational database.\n\n- Understanding of application security, authentication, authorization, and API design.\n\n- Experience with Git, automated testing, and CI/CD-based development.\n\n- Ability to independently deliver features across frontend and backend layers.\n\n- Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent practical experience.\n\nPreferred Skills :\n\n- Redux, Zustand, TanStack Query, or comparable state-management tools.\n\n- Component libraries such as Ant Design, MUI, or Tailwind CSS, and data visualization libraries.\n\n- Docker and Kubernetes.\n\n- AWS or Azure development experience.\n\n- Redis, background processing, or
