Our product portfolio includes DDR4/DDR5 DIMMs, NAND-based SSDs, and advanced interconnect technologies such as CXL and PCIe.\nJoin our world-class engineering team and be part of shaping the future of memory and storage architecture.\nPosition Summary:\nThe Controller oversees Netlist’s accounting function and plays a crucial role in ensuring accurate financial information, maintaining internal controls, and works closely with the CFO on strategic decision-making initiatives. The Controller will maintain a system of accounting policies and procedures and will implement a system of controls over accounting transactions to minimize risk.\nKey Responsibilities:\nResponsible for GAAP assurance for product costs, inventory, and warranty accounting including maintaining all associated reserves in full and strict compliance with GAAP and SOX 404 documentation.\nSOX Compliance and Reporting is a must.\nResponsible for driving and implementing process improvements within the cost, inventory, warranty and accounting areas, including audit compliance efficiency.\nOversees the month-end and year-end financial close process and consolidation.
