The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top technical talent to meet the needs of our organization. This role requires a strong understanding of the technical landscape, excellent relationship management skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.\nResponsibilities\nCollaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop job descriptions that attract qualified candidates.\nSupport ATS platforms to manage the recruitment process efficiently.\nSource candidates through multiple channels such as social media management, networking events, and job boards.\nConduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' technical skills and cultural fit within the organization.\nMaintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing updates and feedback as necessary.\nManage contract negotiations and onboarding processes for new hires.\nStay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruiting to continuously improve our hiring strategies.\nManage all pre-employment processes, including candidate communications, background checks, reference checks, employment verification, offer letter administration, and pre-hire documentation.\nAdminister and maintain recruiting workflows within Breezy HR (ATS), ensuring accurate candidate tracking, reporting, and compliance throughout the hiring process.\nCoordinate new hire onboarding activities, including preparing onboarding schedules, collecting new hire paperwork, initiating system access requests, and partnering with hiring managers to ensure a positive onboarding experience.\nQualifications\n3 years proven experience in recruiting for technical positions, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
