This individual will design and implement agentic workflows that leverage the Netomi platform to power real-world enterprise solutions.\nYou’ll work directly with enterprise clients and internal stakeholders to translate visionary AI concepts into practical, scalable systems - enabling AI agents to engage, reason, and act autonomously within complex customer ecosystems.\nResponsibilities\nPartner with Account Executives to discover and scope customer challenges, designing high-value technical solutions that showcase the ROI of Netomi’s platform.\n\nArchitect and build agentic workflows that integrate generative AI with APIs, databases, and enterprise tools to power experiences for our customer’s end users.\n\nDevelop custom demonstrations, prototypes, and proofs of concept using the Netomi platform tailored to specific clients use cases.\n\nDesign, test, and refine prompts and AI orchestration chains to optimize performance, reasoning, and reliability across varied use cases.\n\nCommunicate complex technical concepts clearly and persuasively to audiences ranging from C-level executives to hands-on engineers.\n\nCollaborate with product and engineering teams, contributing insights from customer engagements to inform roadmap priorities.\n\nDocument and present solution designs, workflows, and technical configurations for both internal and client-facing reference.\n\nRequirements\n1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing sales engineering or solutions engineering role, ideally in AI, automation, or enterprise SaaS.\n\nHands-on experience with AI prompt design, workflow orchestration, and integrating REST APIs, webhooks, and cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure).\n\nWorking knowledge of JavaScript, Python, or related scripting languages for building integrations and automation logic.\n\nProven ability to architect and communicate end-to-end technical solutions that align AI capabilities with business outcomes.\n\nFunctional understanding enterprise software ecosystems, and data flow patterns.\n\nExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a record of collaboration across technical and non-technical teams.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in agentic or autonomous AI systems (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks).\n\nFamiliarity with MLOps, AI governance, and compliance in production-scale deployments.\n\nBackground working in high-growth startup environments.\n\nAwareness of UX/UI principles for designing customer-facing AI
