Our team is growing, and we need forward-thinking, uncompromising, competitive team members to continue to facilitate our growth.\nAssociate Technical Program Manager (Product Development)\nExperience: 3 to 6 Years\nSummary\nAs an Associate Technical Program Manager, you will support the end-to-end development of electronic products from concept to launch. Working closely with hardware, firmware, software, mechanical, quality, operations, and sourcing teams, you will help drive program execution, track milestones, manage risks, and ensure successful product delivery within cost, quality, and schedule targets.\nResponsibilities\nSupport end-to-end product development programs across hardware, software/firmware, and mechanical engineering.\nTrack program schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, and action items.\nCoordinate development phases including prototyping, EVT, DVT, PVT, and production ramp-up.\nFacilitate collaboration between cross-functional teams, suppliers, and manufacturing partners.\nAssist with product integration, validation, certification, and compliance activities.\nSupport DFM/DFA/DFT reviews, BOM maturity tracking, and cost optimisation initiatives.\nMonitor program health through dashboards, reports, and stakeholder updates.\nFacilitate Agile ceremonies and milestone reviews to ensure timely execution.\nIdentify and escalate risks, dependencies, and execution challenges proactively.\nRequirements & Skills\n3 to 6 years of experience in Technical Program Management, Project Management, or Product Development.\nExposure to electronic, embedded, IoT, automotive, or hardware product development environments.\nUnderstanding of hardware, firmware, software, and mechanical development lifecycles.\nFamiliarity with EVT, DVT, PVT, prototyping, validation, and product launch processes.\nExperience with Agile/Scrum and project management methodologies.\nStrong stakeholder management, planning, communication, and problem-solving skills.\nDesired Qualifications\nB.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Computer Science, or related disciplines.\nExperience working on commercial electronic products from development to launch.\nFamiliarity with NPI, manufacturing processes, and contract manufacturers.\nExposure to cloud-connected devices or IoT platforms is an advantage.\nProficiency in JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, and SQL.\nPMP, CAPM, Scrum, or Agile certifications are a plus.\nSelf-driven with strong ownership and execution mindset.\nWe are committed to an inclusive and diverse team.
