The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce configuration, customization, and solution design, coupled with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. This role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, development teams, and cross-functional partners to deliver high-quality Salesforce capabilities.\nFunctional Responsibilities\nEngage with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate requirements.\nTranslate business needs into detailed functional specifications and solution designs.\nConduct workshops, process mapping, and gap analysis to recommend best-fit Salesforce solutions.\nDrive end-to-end delivery of Salesforce enhancements, including UAT planning and support.\nProvide guidance on Salesforce capabilities, standard functionalities, and best practices.\nWork with cross-functional teams to ensure business alignment and adoption.\nTechnical Responsibilities\nConfigure Salesforce objects, fields, flows, page layouts, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and automation.\nDefine technical requirements and collaborate with developers on Apex, Lightning Components, API integrations, and data migrations.\nReview and validate technical solutions for quality, scalability, and adherence to standards.\nWork on integration designs using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party systems.\nOversee data quality, cleansing, deduplication, and migration activities.\nParticipate in release management, sandbox strategy, and deployment processes.\nEssential Skills & Experience\nStrong experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions, including customizations and integrations\nDeep expertise in Services, Sales, CPQ, Marketing & Community cloud of Salesforce\nHands-on experience with Flow Builder, Process Automation, and Lightning Experience.\nExcellent understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices\nAbility to create detailed and accurate project documentation\nExperience working in Agile environments and familiarity with SDLC processes\nAbility to write or review basic Apex classes, triggers, SOQL, and LWC components (preferred).\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to design scalable solutions.\nExperience in integrating Salesforce with external systems.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment\nDesirable Skills\nSalesforce consultant, architect, developer certification\nFamiliarity with ERP systems such as NetSuite\nExperience with data migration tools and techniques\nKnowledge of Agile methodologies and project delivery frameworks.\nExposure to DevOps tools like Copado, Git, or Azure DevOps.\nQualifications and Education Requirements\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field Advanced degree (e.g., M.Tech, MBA) is a plus.\nWe are committed to an inclusive and diverse team.
