Our team is growing, and we need forward-thinking, uncompromising, competitive team members to continue to facilitate our growth.\nJob Description\nJob Title: Staff Engineer - BSP Developer\nExperience : 6 to 10 years\nRole Overview\nAt Netradyne we are seeking an experienced BSP Senior Developer to design, develop, and optimize low-level system software for embedded platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in board support packages, Linux Kernel Device Driver development, and hardware bring-up, and will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, production-ready software.\nMinimum Qualifications\nB.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field.\n5 + years of software engineering experience in embedded systems, device driver development, or operating systems.\n5+ years of hands-on experience working with large-scale C/C++ system software codebases.\nExperience with software development processes including source control, bug tracking, and design documentation.\nHands-on experience in hardware bring-up using interfaces such as USB, ADC, GPIO, SPI, I2C, Wi-Fi and similar peripherals.\nExperience in following areas:\nBSP / Board Support Package\nLinux kernel / Operating Systems / RTOS\nBootloader and Power Management\nMultimedia subsystems, especially Audio and Camera\nConnectivity subsystems such as Wi-Fi and Bluetooth\nProven experience developing, debugging, and shipping software products across large, multi-platform codebases.\nStrong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively as a team player in cross-functional environments.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign and implement software components across all system layers, including kernel, memory management, synchronization primitives, resource allocators, security, I/O systems, and persistence.\nDevelop and optimize device drivers and system services that operate efficiently in resource-constrained environments while delivering low-latency and high-bandwidth performance when required.\nOwn and drive one or more workstreams focused on:\nHardware bring-up\nPeripheral drivers and communication\nPower and performance management and optimization\nDebug complex, system-level, multi-component issues spanning multiple layers from kernel to application.\nLead new device bring-up, debugging, and performance tuning efforts across hardware, firmware, and software teams.\nCollaborate with multiple partner teams, understand their software components, and lead the integration of these components into a unified product codebase.\nDrive the continuous improvement and evolution of integrated components to meet product requirements.\nWe are committed to an inclusive and diverse team.
