environment (includes all offices, remote and executive leadership support)\nOffice 365 applications and Windows 10 operating system support\nMicrosoft Active Directory and Office 365 Exchange Online management\nCitrix Cloud/Microsoft Azure VDA/VDI platform management and support\nHP Workstation, HP Thin Client, Lenovo laptop management and support\nCisco VoIP phones, Cisco Unified CM and Cisco Unity Connection Administration\nMobile device (iOS, Android) support managed through MDM platform (MobileIron)\nSupporting video conferencing systems (Zoom, Neat, Poly)\nSupporting Market Data Applications (Bloomberg Anywhere/Terminal, etc.)\nBasic Network troubleshooting (DNS, DHCP, Network slowdowns, remote VPN/VDI connectivity problems, etc.)\nConsistently logging and monitoring service tickets to ensure fast, thorough resolution and documentation of every issue through JIRA Service Desk\nOffice moves and build outs\nDevice inventory and asset management\nEmployee onboarding/offboarding\nQualifications\nMinimum 5 years desktop support experience at hedge fund or investment advisor ideally\nExceptional customer service with strong written and oral communication skills\nStrong drive and passion for technology and self-development\nStrong problem-solving skills, high attention to detail and quick to learn both user and system environments\nAbility to work independently and multi-task\nKeen attention to detail, with commitment to follow through and follow-up\nExtensive understanding of desktop support standards and best practices including related hardware and software\nExperience supporting mobile devices\nExperience supporting remote users and troubleshooting remote VPN/VDI connections\nKnowledge of PowerShell, scripting, automation, and packaging (Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager) is a
