The Contract Operations Manager will drive process improvements, optimize CLM and Salesforce workflows. This position operates as part of the Legal Department and partners closely with Sales, Finance, Service Delivery, Security, and Customer Success.\nThe ideal candidate combines strong contract management experience with a process improvement mindset and the ability to build scalable, efficient contracting operations.\nHow You Will Make An Impact\nContract Lifecycle Management\nOwn the end-to-end lifecycle for customer contracts, including SOWs, Change Orders, MSAs, service agreements, amendments, renewals, and related commercial documents.\nOversee contract intake, review, approvals, redline coordination, execution, retention, and archival.\nEnsure contractual documentation is complete, properly approved, and consistent with established contracting standards and processes.\nCoordinate effective handoff of executed contracts to downstream business teams.\nContract Operations & Process Improvement\nReviewing Statements of Work and related commercial documentation for completeness, consistency, operational readiness, and compliance with approved contracting standards prior to execution.\nContinuously evaluate and improve contracting workflows and partner with Legal, Sales, Service Delivery and other stakeholders to recommend and implement process improvements.\nIdentify process bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions that improve efficiency, visibility, and cycle times.\nDrive automation initiatives that reduce manual effort and improve stakeholder experience.\nEstablish and maintain service-level expectations and operational controls. \nGovernance & Cross-Functional Partnership\nServe as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and Legal, coordinating contract reviews, issue identification, risk escalation, and resolution of contractual matters.\nReview and coordinate negotiation of customer MSAs, SOWs, amendments, and other commercial agreements, including identification and escalation of contractual, operational, and commercial risks in accordance with established approval processes and contracting guidelines.\nSupport approval matrices, playbooks, templates, and contracting standards.\nServe as a primary point of contact for contract process guidance and issue resolution.\nCollaborate with Sales, Finance, Service Delivery, Security, and Customer Success to ensure smooth contract execution and operational readiness.\nSystems & Reporting\nServe as the business owner for contract lifecycle management processes and related systems.\nManage and optimize contract workflows within CLM and Salesforce platforms.\nMaintain contract repositories, reporting, documentation standards, and data integrity.\nDevelop reporting that identifies bottlenecks and process inefficiencies across the contracting lifecycle. \nTeam Leadership\nLead and develop the Contract Operations team.\nEstablish team priorities, workload management practices, and performance expectations.\nPromote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer service.\nWhat You Will Bring To The Table\nBachelor's degree or equivalent experience. \n5+ years of experience in Contract Operations, Contract Management, Contract Administration, Legal Operations, or a related field. \nExperience supporting technology services, managed services, outsourcing, cloud, cybersecurity, professional services, or consulting agreements. \nExperience supporting customer contracts, SOWs, Change Orders, and commercial agreements. \nStrong experience with Salesforce and contract-related business processes. \nExperience working with or administering a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform. \nStrong project management, stakeholder management, and process improvement skills. \nExcellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities. \nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with DocuSign CLM or similar CLM platforms. \nExperience within a technology services, managed services, consulting, or SaaS organization. \nExperience implementing workflow automation and process optimization initiatives. \nFamiliarity with AI-enabled workflow and contracting solutions. \nThe successful candidate will:\nImprove contract turnaround times without sacrificing compliance or quality. \nIncrease visibility and accountability throughout the contracting process. \nStreamline workflows through automation and process simplification. \nStrengthen adoption of CLM and Salesforce contracting processes. \nBuild strong partnerships across Sales, Finance, Service Delivery, and Operations. \nDevelop a scalable Contract Operations function that supports company growth. \nAbout Us\nAt Netrix Global our values are the philosophies and principles that we live by.
