The role includes identity integration, API design, testing, deployment readiness, and production troubleshooting.\nThe ideal candidate takes end-to-end ownership, communicates confidently with clients, and collaborates across AI, Power Platform, Microsoft 365, and DevOps teams. Success in this role means delivering secure, tested, and responsive applications with maintainable architecture and clear operational visibility.\nHow You Will Make An Impact\nParticipate in client discovery and translate functional and non-functional requirements into practical technical designs.\nDevelop responsive React-based user experiences and C#/.NET backend services and APIs.\nImplement secure authentication and authorization using Entra ID, OAuth, and role-based access patterns.\nIntegrate Microsoft services, enterprise systems, databases, and external APIs.\nDesign SQL data access patterns and maintain clear API contracts, error handling, and validation.\nWrite unit and integration tests; participate in peer reviews and maintain clean, supportable code.\nDeploy and operate applications on Azure using App Service, Functions, Storage, Key Vault, and Application Insights as appropriate.\nSupport CI/CD, release troubleshooting, observability, and root-cause analysis with the DevOps and Test teams.\nExplain architecture trade-offs, estimate delivery efforts, prototype rapidly, and document technical decisions and handoff guidance.\nWhat You Will Bring To The Table\nWe are looking for a professional who combines technical ownership with strong client partnership. Success in this role requires curiosity, accountability, practical judgment, and the ability to move work forward while keeping stakeholders informed.\nCommunicate clearly with clients and internal stakeholders during discovery, delivery updates, risk discussions, and project handoffs.\nTake ownership of outcomes, follow work through to completion, and escalate risks early with supporting evidence.\nUse documentation, experimentation, and collaboration to solve unfamiliar problems rather than waiting for step-by-step direction.\nAdapt to evolving technologies, priorities, and responsibilities while maintaining quality and security standards.\nContribute to a supportive engineering culture through peer reviews, knowledge sharing, and professional client interactions.\nQualifications\n4-6 years of relevant professional experience.\nStrong hands-on experience with C#/.NET, React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS, REST APIs, and SQL.\nSolid understanding of authentication and authorization, Entra ID/OAuth, Git, unit testing, Azure development, and secure coding practices.\nStrong debugging skills, end-to-end ownership, clean-code discipline, and peer-review practices.\nAbility to lead client-facing technical discussions, decompose requirements, estimate work efforts, and communicate architecture trade-offs.\nExperience with .NET, .NET Core, Microsoft Graph, Azure Functions, App Service, Storage, Key Vault, and Application Insights.\nExperience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD; familiarity with Jest, React Testing Library, and SPFx fundamentals.\nExposure to Azure OpenAI integration, Next.js, Python, Copilot extensibility, Docker, or Dataverse integration.\nSecure, tested, and responsive applications and APIs.\nReliable identity and enterprise-system integrations.\nMaintainable custom-code foundations for AI agents, Microsoft 365 (M365), and Power Platform solutions.\nClear monitoring, documentation, and operational handoff.\nWork Schedule: This is a client-facing role. The successful candidate will be expected to participate in client meetings, discovery sessions, demonstrations, delivery reviews, and issue-resolution discussions during the assigned shift.\nStandard Shift: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM India Standard Time (IST), equivalent to 2:30 AM to 11:30 AM Eastern Standard Time (EST).
