The engineer will work with business and technical stakeholders to translate processes into maintainable low-code solutions while clearly explaining platform limitations, governance requirements, and custom-code boundaries.\nThe ideal candidate combines hands-on delivery expertise with strong process analysis, workshop facilitation, and solution ownership skills. Success means reducing manual effort through governed, reusable, and supportable solutions.\nHow You Will Make An Impact\nLead client discovery sessions to analyze business processes, clarify requirements, and identify the appropriate low-code or agent solution approach.\nBuild Copilot Studio agents, Power Apps, and Power Automate workflows integrated with Dataverse, SharePoint, and external systems.\nDesign and implement REST API integrations, custom connectors, Power Fx logic, and authentication patterns.\nPackage and deploy solutions across environments using appropriate ALM, security, and governance practices.\nConfigure Dataverse security, Power Platform environment controls, and agent authentication in coordination with client administrators.\nCreate reusable components, connectors, documentation, support runbooks, and handoff materials.\nTroubleshoot cross-platform issues involving data, identity, connectors, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft 365 services.\nFacilitate demonstrations, end-user training, governance coaching, and pre-sales or proof-of-concept (POC) sessions.\nCollaborate with AI, Microsoft 365 (M365), Full-Stack, and DevOps engineers when requirements extend beyond low-code capabilities.\nWhat You Will Bring To The Table\nWe are looking for a professional who combines technical ownership with strong client partnership. Success requires curiosity, accountability, practical judgment and the ability to move work forward while keeping stakeholders informed.\nCommunicates effectively with clients and internal stakeholders through discovery discussions, delivery updates, risk management and handoffs.\nTakes ownership of assigned responsibilities, drives tasks to completion and proactively escalates risks with supporting evidence.\nSolves unfamiliar problems through documentation, experimentation and collaboration rather than relying on step-by-step direction.\nAdapts to changing technologies, priorities and responsibilities while maintaining quality and security standards.\nStrengthens the engineering culture through peer reviews, knowledge sharing and professional client interactions.\nQualifications\n3-5 years of relevant professional experience.\nHands-on experience with Copilot Studio, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, connectors, and SharePoint integration.\nExperience with REST APIs/custom connectors, Power Fx, solutions, environment deployment, and Power Platform security.\nWorking knowledge of Entra ID fundamentals and authentication concepts.\nStrong business process analysis, requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.\nAbility to explain low-code trade-offs and support client-facing discovery, estimation, and delivery.\nPower Platform ALM, deployment pipelines, or Azure DevOps.\nMicrosoft Graph, Adaptive Cards, Teams integration, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and AI Builder.\nDataverse security and agent authentication.\nExposure to PCF Controls, TypeScript/JavaScript, Power BI, Azure OpenAI, RAG fundamentals, Fabric, or Dynamics 365.\nMaintainable and governed low-code solutions.\nReduced manual effort and faster process execution.\nReusable connectors, components, and deployment patterns.\nSupportable Copilot Studio experiences with clear ownership and documentation.\nWork Schedule: This is a client-facing role. The successful candidate will be expected to participate in client meetings, discovery sessions, demonstrations, delivery reviews, and issue-resolution discussions during the assigned shift.\nStandard Shift: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM India Standard Time (IST), equivalent to 2:30 AM to 11:30 AM Eastern Standard Time (EST).
