Senior Project Managers have 10+ years of experience in highly complex and demanding projects leveraging industry best practices and developing internal best practices utilizing their experience on other enterprise clients to develop the best tools for each client.\nThe Sr Project Manager will interface directly with Client Resources and Sponsors, Internal Delivery Managers, Engineering Resources, and Account Executives. This role requires an individual that is highly motivated, excellent at communication, and has firsthand industry and technical knowledge. This position reports to the PMO Director and will work closely with various technical Delivery teams located globally.\nHow You Will Make An Impact\nAs a member of our growing team, many of the Senior Project Manager duties include, but are not limited to the following:\nCore Competencies / Experience in Managing One or More of the Following Pillars:\nNetwork Infrastructure (LAN, WAN, WLAN, Security) \nModern Workplace (Microsoft, M365, End User Computing) \nHybrid Datacenter (Azure, Windows, Citrix, VMware, traditional datacenters) \nEnd User Computing (Intune, MDM, AutoPilot, etc) \nModern Application/Data Intelligence experience a plus \nProject /Practice Management:\nDemonstrate up-to-date expertise in Project Management methodologies and apply this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans. \nCommunicate directly with executive management team to share program/project status, and to escalate risks and issues as needed to endure visibility, ownership, and timely resolution. \nCreates and executes Project Plans, Change Orders, Agendas, and Status Reports and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. \nIdentifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities. \nManages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope. \nReviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client. \nEffectively applies our methodology and enforces project standards. \nPrepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures. \nMinimizes our exposure and risk on project. \nManages multiple projects at once with one week to one month life-cycles. \nTracks risks, hardware and personnel. \nCollaborates with engineers to extract technical information. \nEnsures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately. \nCommunication:\nFacilitates team and client meetings effectively. \nHolds regular status meetings with project team. \nKeeps project team well informed of changes within the organization and general corporate news. \nEffectively communicates relevant project information to superiors. \nDelivers engaging, informative, well-organized presentations. \nResolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion. \nUnderstands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully. \nFunctional Skills Required:\nMicrosoft Word, Excel, Visio, Project, Teams \nTyping, grammar, spelling and punctuation \nCritical thinking and problem solving skills \nPlanning and organizing \nDecision-making \nCommunication skills \nInfluencing and leading \nDelegation \nTeam work \nNegotiation \nConflict management \nAdaptability \nStress tolerance \nExperience with Salesforce, Kimble, or Experience with a Professional Services Automation tool a plus \nWhat You Will Bring To The Table\nMinimum 4 years’ experience managing projects with PMP or 10 years without certification. \nMust understand both Waterfall and Agile Project Methodologies \nPMP Is not Required but a big plus \nMust be able to work across multiple project workstreams, resource scheduling, and status reporting. \nWorking with Project Service Automation (PSA) tools like Kimble/Kantata a big plus \nProject Management Skills:\nQualification in project management or equivalent \nKnowledge of project management techniques and tools \nDirect work experience in project management capacity \nProven experience in people management \nProven experience in strategic planning, risk management, and change management \nAbout Us\nAt Netrix Global our values are the philosophies and principles that we live by.
