In this role, you will be responsible for defending client environments and internal infrastructure against evolving cyber threats. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and value continuous learning, we’d like to hear from you.\nHow You Will Make an Impact\nAct as a senior member of the Security Operations Center (SOC), independently managing and resolving security incidents end-to-end.\n\nLead incident investigations, perform root cause analysis, and drive lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives.\n\nCollaborate with global security teams to develop and improve processes, tooling, and operational best practices.\n\nPerform in-depth analysis of complex security logs, SIEM alerts, and correlated data to identify, assess, and remediate threats.\n\nMaintain and enhance existing security tools, including creating and refining SIEM use cases and detection logic based on evolving threat intelligence.\nProactively identify risks, potential security gaps, and opportunities to strengthen the organization’s security posture. \nContribute to 24/7 SOC operations, ensuring effective monitoring, detection, and response coverage. \nMentor junior analysts and foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture. \nWhat You Will Bring to The Table\n4+ years of experience in Information Security or related cybersecurity roles.\n\nHands-on experience working in a SOC environment, with strong exposure to SIEM, endpoint, and network security technologies.\n\n2+ years of experience working with cloud environments and cloud-native security tools.\n\nExperience with SOAR platforms and scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash, etc.) is a strong plus.\n\nWorking knowledge of Linux systems, including syslog analysis from the command line. \nStrong understanding of cloud security principles, including access control, data protection, threat detection, and compliance monitoring.\n\nProven ability to conduct root cause analysis and implement effective risk mitigation strategies.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.\n\nExcellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple time zones.\n\nHigh attention to detail, strong ownership mindset, and commitment to continuous improvement.\n\nAbility to remain calm under pressure and manage incidents in a structured, methodical manner.\n\nTools & Technologies:\nSIEM Platforms: Azure Sentinel, QRadar, Splunk \nNetwork & Endpoint Security: Cisco IDS/IPS, Palo Alto, McAfee Security Suite \nVulnerability & Access Control: Tenable Nessus, ForeScout, Cisco ISE \nComfortable working with query languages such as KQL or SQL (advantageous). \nOperational knowledge of APIs is a plus. \nPreferred Education:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent experience).\nCertifications:\n(Any combination of the following will be considered a strong advantage.)\nRequired / Preferred:\nCompTIA Security+ \nCEH (Certified Ethical Hacker) \nECSA (Certified Security Analyst) \nECIH (Certified Incident Handler) \nCompTIA CySA+ \nSC-200 or relevant cloud security certifications \nCisco CCNA / CCNP + Security \nITIL Foundation \nLinux+ \nAdditional (Desirable):\nCISSP or CISSP-ISSEP \nSSCP \nMCSE \n Shift: The role is part of a 24x7 operational environment. The employee may be required to work in any of the rotating shifts based on business needs, including night shifts.
