This role is an in-office role.\nEssential Responsibilities:\nProcess Accounts Payable Invoices according to documented operational procedures with efficiency and accuracy for both domestic and international locations\nProcess monthly volumes of 500-600 invoices each month across multiple different ERP systems and different Netscout entities\nAssist with AP query resolution\nAssist with reporting requirements of the AP team including running AP Agings, hold reports, etc.\nRecord international VAT taxes for AP invoices with accuracy\nAssist with administrative aspects of AP subledger close processes\nPerform peer reviews of invoices entered to ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance with company policies\nExecute internal and SOX control procedures as defined by management\nPrepare various ad hoc reports and other special tasks for management as requested\nBasic Qualifications/Skills:\nBachelor’s degree in finance or business operations is preferred\n2+ years of related accounts payable experience in the technology industry\nLarge ERP experience, Oracle preferred, Knowledge of NetSuite a plus.\nPrevious software industry/public company experience preferred.\nPreferred Qualification/Skills:\nExtreme attention to detail\nStrong communication and presentation skills and ability to work well within deadlines\nExcellent analytical, problem solving, & strong interpersonal skills\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and to proactively anticipate and resolve potential issues\nFlexible, organized, and able to handle competing priorities\nExperience working with international entities and foreign currencies preferred\nHigh level of proficiency in Excel (such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, ADI Uploads)\nThe annual US salary range for this role is $42,800 - $56,100. This range represents NETSCOUT’s good faith estimate of the compensation for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary within or, in some cases, outside this range based on factors such as education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. For sales roles, this range reflects the On Target Earnings (\"OTE\"), which includes both base salary and target sales commissions or bonuses.\nPlease note that the posted salary range may span multiple career levels.
