In this role you will serve as a consultant to the business, communicating needs proactively with our HR department and business management and developing integrated solutions. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service that reflects the business objectives of the organization.\n Basic Qualifications/Skills:\nAct as a trusted advisor, change agent, and key influencer to the R&D/Engineering Leadership team and larger organization\nDevelop and maintain strong partnerships with all levels of the organization including executives, business partners, peers and all employees\nDevelop and support the rollout and execution of HR programs and initiatives\nResponsible for site HR support to multiple US Offices (Allen TX, Colorado Springs CO, San Jose CA and Ann Arbor, MI) and Senior leadership, managing the full employee life cycle including, but not limited to, performance reviews coaching, career development, workforce planning, career pathing, employee relations and investigations.\nPartner with:\nDirector, Human Resources on HR strategy and implementation\nExecutives and NETSCOUT’s L&D Organization to drive collaboration, inclusion, culture and engagement practices across the entire organization\nTalent Acquisition Team to support hiring efforts\nEnsure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resources federal and state requirements\nDevelop, analyze and deliver end-to-end human capital solutions that advance the business strategy and goals\nOther activities as assigned\nPreferred Qualifications/Skills:\nBachelor’s degree in business, Human Resource Management, or related field of study\nSHPR or SHRM-CP Preferred but not required\n7-10 years of progressive business partnership experience; experience working for a U.S. multinational, technology company is preferred\nDemonstrated ability to analyze large volumes of data quickly and accurately using Excel skills and AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot to generate meaningful business data\nExperience working with cross functional teams in a matrixed environment\nExperience in a start-up environment is advantageous\nAbility to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment, under stress and within time constraints\nAbility to make independent decisions and uses sound judgement\nStrong organizational skills, including the ability to multi-task under pressure and meet critical deadlines in a fast-moving environment\nDemonstrated experience consulting with and advising senior business leaders\nAccustomed to a customer focused, business partnering environment\nExperience with Workday HRIS system\nTravel to other US offices (50%) Colorado Springs CO, San Jose CA, Ann Arbor MI, Westford MA\nWorking at NETSCOUT\nAt NETSCOUT, our vision is to create a workplace where every individual feels valued, respected, and empowered to contribute their unique perspectives.
