This role is responsible for the administration, configuration, support, and continuous improvement of our Workday environment.\nNETSCOUT is preparing for a Workday go-live in October, making this an exciting time to join. You will play a key role in post-production support, stabilization, and ongoing enhancements that will shape the future of Workday at NETSCOUT.\nThe ideal candidate brings hands-on Workday configuration experience and enjoys solving business problems through technology. Success in this role requires curiosity, collaboration, and the ability to translate business needs into practical, scalable solutions.\nBasic Qualifications/Skills:\nConfigure, maintain, and support Workday (business processes, security, organizations, calculated fields, and related functionality).\nPartner with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable Workday solutions aligned with business needs.\nSupport go-live, post-production stabilization, issue resolution, and ongoing system optimization.\nGather requirements, recommend solutions, and configure enhancements that improve business processes.\nTroubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable fixes.\nMonitor integrations and collaborate with technical teams or vendors to resolve issues.\nSupport Workday releases, including testing, validation, and deployment.\nDevelop reports and dashboards to support operational and business needs.\nEnsure data accuracy and integrity through strong system administration practices.\nLead smaller HRIS initiatives and contribute to larger projects as the environment evolves.\nMaintain documentation and provide functional support to HR and business partners.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree or equivalent experience.\n5+ years of HRIS experience, including 3+ years of hands-on Workday configuration.\nExperience with Workday business processes, security, reporting, and core functionality.\nExperience supporting one or more Workday modules (e.g., Core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Talent, Absence).\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.\nAbility to gather requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.\nPreferred Skills\nExperience supporting Workday go-live and post-production environments.\nExperience with Workday integrations and vendor collaboration.\nExperience leading HRIS enhancements or small projects.\nLocation: Westford, MA, Allen, TX or Ann Arbor, MI\nWork Arrangement: Onsite - 5 days per week\nThe US base salary range for this full-time position $115K to $135K. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
