This role will serve as the primary expert for procurement systems, data, and process optimization, helping drive efficiency, compliance, and operational excellence across the procure-to-pay lifecycle.\nThe ideal candidate has hands-on experience with procurement orchestration and spend management platforms such as Coupa, Zip, Ariba, Ivalua, or similar solutions, along with strong data analysis, reporting, and process improvement skills.\nKey Responsibilities\nAdminister and optimize procurement platforms, workflows, approvals, catalogs, and supplier processes.\nServe as the procurement team's systems and reporting expert, ensuring data integrity and process efficiency.\nDevelop dashboards, KPIs, and analytics to provide actionable insights on spend, suppliers, savings, and operational performance.\nIdentify and implement automation and process improvement opportunities across procurement operations.\nPartner with Finance, Legal, IT, Accounts Payable, and business stakeholders to enhance the user experience and drive adoption.\nSupport procurement transformation initiatives, system upgrades, integrations, and continuous improvement efforts.\nCreate process documentation, training materials, and user guidance.\nQualifications\nMaster's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related field.\n5-7 years of experience in procurement operations, procurement technology, procure-to-pay, or related functions.\nHands-on experience administering and optimizing Coupa, Zip, Ariba, Ivalua, Jaggaer, or similar procurement platforms.\nStrong analytical skills with experience using Power BI, Excel, Tableau, or similar reporting tools.\nProven ability to improve business processes, manage data, and drive cross-functional initiatives.\nExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.\nWhat Success Looks Like\nProcurement processes are streamlined, scalable, and user-friendly.\nProcurement systems are fully optimized and leveraged to their fullest capability.\nLeadership receives timely, accurate, and actionable procurement insights.\nData quality, compliance, and operational efficiency continue to improve.\nThe analyst serves as a trusted and integral contributor within a small procurement team, helping drive strategic and operational results.\nIf you enjoy combining procurement expertise, technology, analytics, and process improvement to create measurable business impact, we'd love to hear from you.\nWorking at NETSCOUT\nAt NETSCOUT, our vision is to create a workplace where every individual feels valued, respected, and empowered to contribute their unique perspectives.
