This role produces the monthly Performance Excellence (PEX) Scorecard and builds training content tailored to audiences ranging from baseline cybersecurity awareness through technical deep-dives.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nDevelop and deliver cybersecurity readiness training tailored to audience level, from baseline CSSP awareness through technical deep-dives for system administrators\nProduce the monthly Performance Excellence (PEX) Scorecard for Government review\nSupport data analysis and visualization for enterprise cybersecurity posture reporting\nMaintain training records, materials, and version control for readiness content\nCoordinate with the CSSP team to identify emerging training needs based on posture trends\nSupport dashboard and report development to give leadership visibility into readiness metrics\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (education, instructional design, data analysis, cybersecurity, or related)\nDemonstrated experience in data analysis, reporting, and/or instructional content development and delivery\nActive Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility, or an active Secret clearance with a submitted SSBI/Tier 5 investigation and the ability to reach TS/SCI eligibility within approximately 90 days\nU.S. Citizenship required\nPreferred Qualifications\nPrior experience developing cybersecurity awareness or technical training curricula for a DoD or federal audience\nExperience with data visualization tools (Power BI or similar)\nPrior experience supporting U.S. Space Force or other DoD cybersecurity programs\nFamiliarity with adult learning principles and audience-tailored instructional design\nKnowledge, Skills & Abilities\nStrong instructional design and presentation skills across varied technical audiences\nSolid data analysis and reporting skills\nAbility to translate cybersecurity posture data into clear, actionable training content\nStrong organizational skills for training records and materials management\nWork Environment and Physical Demands\nOn-site position at a Government facility in the Colorado Springs, CO area (Schriever SFB / Peterson SFB)\nStandard office environment; periodic training delivery sessions with varied audience sizes\nAccess to classified spaces and systems requiring adherence to all applicable security protocols\nCompensation and Benefits\nNetSEA offers competitive benefits include a comprehensive fringe package (health, dental, vision, short/long-term disability, 401(k) with Safe Harbor matching, paid time off, and holiday pay), consistent with NetSEA's standard employee benefits program.\nTravel Requirements\nMinimal travel anticipated; occasional local travel between Colorado Springs-area Government facilities for training delivery.\nEqual Employment Opportunity\nNetSEA Technologies, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
