This role leads requirements development, system integration, and technical oversight across the system lifecycle to ensure operational effectiveness, interoperability, and mission readiness:\nKey Responsibilities\nLead systems engineering activities across the lifecycle (requirements, design, integration, test, fielding, sustainment) \nTranslate Operational Needs Statements (ONS), Capability Production Documents (CPD), and stakeholder requirements into technical solutions \nDevelop and maintain system architectures aligned to Army tactical network baselines (e.g., WIN-T, T2C2, NGC2 evolution) \nEnsure integration of RF, SATCOM, and IP-based transport systems into unified architectures \nSupport engineering working groups, IPTs, and technical reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR) \nConduct interoperability assessments across joint, coalition, and commercial interfaces \nProvide technical oversight of lab integration, field testing, and technology insertion efforts \nDevelop technical documentation (CONOPS, architecture diagrams, interface control documents, test plans/reports) \nSupport system-level troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and operational assessments \nInterface with Government stakeholders, PMs, and industry partners \nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred) \n8-12+ years of relevant experience \nDeep understanding of DoW systems engineering processes and lifecycle frameworks \nExperience with Army Tactical Networks (WIN-T or successor systems) \nFamiliarity with SATCOM architectures (TDMA/FDMA), RF systems, and waveform integration \nStrong knowledge of IP networking concepts and protocols \nExperience with DoDAF, architecture development, and system documentation \nAbility to obtain/maintain Secret clearance (or higher) \nDesired Qualifications\nExperience supporting Army -
