Driven by an automation-first and customer-centric approach, you will design and execute comprehensive tests-from feature-specific validation to complex, system-level scale-to guarantee flawless software delivery.\nWhat’s in it for you\nIn this role, you will be a key member of the SASE team, championing quality and automation for our advanced WAN edge and Cloud networking products in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.\nWhat you will be doing\nUnderstand the product/feature requirement, review the design and write test plans that suits the customer use cases\nResponsible to own a feature end to end - starting from testing, automation, script error free run in regression and customer issues handling around that\nThorough understanding of the product features and building the ability to debug the customer issues and suggest/implement the workarounds if applicable\nNeed to perform different types of testing that includes functional, system, performance and scale tests\nNeed to create the distributed complex test setups in various cloud platforms and hypervisors based on the requirement\nWork closely with cross functional teams at various stages of product development to meet the feature deliverables in a release\nRequired skills and experience\n3+ years of relevant experience in software testing, quality engineering, or automation.\nStrong expertise in one or more of the Windows, macOS, Linux and Android platforms, with experience testing system-level agents(VPN clients, or SASE/SSE clients ) in large-scale enterprise environments.\nStrong knowledge to bring up test environments, testing, automation and troubleshooting in Windows/macOS and Linux platform\nStrong expertise in L2/L3 networking concepts, routing protocols, VPN, IPSec and WAN architecture\nStrong expertise in python programming language and should be able to do automation driven testing\nFamiliarity with Docker, Kubernetes environments\nFamiliarity with one of the major server virtualisation products (ESXi, KVM) & IaaS platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)\nGood working knowledge in CI/CD deployment in public clouds\nTechnical know-how of source code systems like Github\nExperience with traffic generator tools like Spirent and Ixia\nExperience in scale and performance validation of endpoint client deployments\nExperience with web programming and HTTP based APIs (REST or GraphQL)\nEducation\nBSCS or equivalent required, MSCS or equivalent strongly preferred\nNetskope is committed to implementing equal employment opportunities for all employees and applicants for employment.
