Follow us on LinkedIn and Instagram.\nAbout the role\n\nPlease note, this team is hiring across all levels and candidates are individually assessed and appropriately leveled based upon their skills and experience.\nThe CorpPMO- Product and Program Strategy Team oversees a broad portfolio of engineering, Infrastructure & Compliance projects/programs delivered across the Netskope Security Cloud stack. The team develops detailed plans, resource allocations and budgets, and works closely with the organisation’s leadership to drive strategic programs to delivery.\nNetskope is looking for a Staff Technical Program Manager for our Corp PMO who can partner in executing projects/programs that support software product or infrastructure work across the Netskope Cloud. You will be responsible for overseeing multiple engineering or infrastructure development programs and ensuring the continued timely delivery of our strategic initiatives around products or infrastructure. You will drive the development of detailed schedules, resource allocation plans and budgets of cross-functional multi-geo programs, and work closely with leadership to drive programs to timely delivery. This role requires you to be an expert multitasker, a master planner, and a flexible thinker who can balance multiple objectives and teams in multiple locations.\nResponsibilities\nManage multiple large cross-functional software engineering and/or infrastructure programs in a matrix organization covering a range of areas.\nManage programs and projects related to building and enhancing cloud infrastructure.\nManage dependencies across multiple teams in multiple geographies.\nOrganizing sprint planning meetings, getting estimates from Dev Leads, and working with product managers to prioritize sprint tasks.\nTracking sprint development, ensuring milestones within a sprint are met, and regularly communicating status or raising flags for features that are behind schedule.\nDevelop and manage end-to-end program & project plans and ensure on-time delivery.\nProvide hands-on program management support during analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post implementation phases.\nPerform risk management and change management on projects.\nProvide day-to-day coordination and quality assurance for projects and tasks.\nDrive internal and external process improvements across multiple teams and functions.\nInterface with business owners for program requirements and scope and ensuring that 3, 6, 9 and 12-month roadmaps are executed.\nProviding a high -level lens on post-release support tickets, regressions, etc., and analyzing how teams can get better by doing continuous improvement.\nConduct program retrospects.\nDrive process improvements\nUse AI in augmenting workflows and getting work done faster.\nRequirements:\nTypically has 15+ years of Industry Experience with 10+ years of Program Management Experience.\nBroad and deep knowledge of enterprise networking and security technologies.\nKnowledge of Cloud-based systems.\nFamiliarity with public cloud, FedRAMP and Security compliance\nA proven track record of delivering Enterprise SaaS Products and or Infrastructure and Compliance programs,\nExperience with Agile Development processes\nExperience coordinating and directing teams and resources in matrix environment\nProficiency in creating and tracking complex development schedules, managing issues and tracking bugs using industry standard tools\nExperience with lifecycle management\nExperience working in an engineering environment \nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills\nHands-on experience collaborating with overseas teams. \nShould be available to work late hours in the evening and night to support programs where the primary stakeholders are in the US PST.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills\nExperienced in Program and Project Management tools, e.g. Jira, Confluence, Project Management tools.\nExperienced with AI tools like claude, rovo, gemini, but not limited to.\nAbility to build process day to day workflow improvements using AI.\nHands-on experience with release management in a large, production cloud environment is a plus.\nEducation:\nBachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Computer Science or similar technical discipline\nPMI certification is a plus.\nNetskope is committed to implementing equal employment opportunities for all employees and applicants for employment.
