Make plan changes as needed depending on metrics.\n\nSetting the strategic direction for QA across departments or regions\n\nLeading senior QA teams across engineering, DevOps, and product functions\n\nIdentify the need for and drive changes in our engineering processes.\n\nOversee budget and accountability for assigned Engineering teams.\n\nDocument performance. Includes obtaining input from other resources. Take correct action when needed.\n\nUnderstand and be able to apply broader industry knowledge for assigned products.\n\nDrive improvements in internal processes. Monitor improvements for effectiveness.\n\nEstablishing scalable test automation and performance testing systems\n\nPartnering with technology leadership on release and platform quality\n\nEnsuring adherence to regulatory and compliance frameworks\n\nRepresenting quality standards at executive or board level\n\nHiring, mentoring, and developing senior QA talent\n\nBuilding a culture of quality and test-first thinking across the organization.\n\nMaintain a fully high-functioning and accountable engineering team.\n\nQualifications:\nEducation\nRequires a bachelor’s degree in computer information systems or computer science or equivalent combination of experience and education.\n\nSpecialized Knowledge\nMust understand general programming standards, operating systems, workflow cycles, development life cycle, and terminology.\n\nRequires a general understanding of business operations, business terminology, and business communications.\n\nExperience\n14+ years of experience in QA, software engineering, or test automation\n\nTrack record building and scaling QA functions in health care organizations mandatory.\n\nStrong leadership and operational skills\n\nExperience managing cross-functional or multi-site QA teams\n\nAbility to define and evolve QA practices, tooling, and frameworks\n\nSkilled in performance management, hiring, and organizational growth\n\nDeep understanding of test automation, CI/CD, and quality metrics\n\nExperience with compliance, risk, or security testing protocols\n\nConfidence working with C-suite, product, and engineering leadership\n\nKnowledge And Skills\nStrong software development skills, including automation and tooling related to systems under test\n\nAbility to apply Artificial Intelligence (AI) to accelerate delivery of products while increasing quality\n\nStrong leadership skills, including coaching, team-building, and conflict resolution.\n\nOrganizational and strategic management skills, including budget and business planning and forecasting.\n\nStrong analytical and problem solving skills.\n\nAbility to manage human capital across multiple geographies and organizations to drive workforce development and achieve desired results.\n\nAdvanced communication skills catered to a wide variety of audiences.
