This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to large-scale AWS initiatives and gain hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code, cloud operations, and enterprise healthcare technology.\nWhat You'll Do\nDesign, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure within AWS environments\nDevelop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar technologies\nCreate and enhance automation that improves operational efficiency and reduces manual effort\nPerform cloud system updates, maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting activities\nSupport production cloud environments and serve as a first line of defense for cloud-hosted solutions\nCollaborate with senior engineers to implement scalable, reliable, and secure cloud architectures\nSupport enterprise database technologies including InterSystems IRIS\nWork with clients to resolve technical issues and provide guidance on infrastructure best practices\nAssist with CI/CD processes and automation initiatives using tools such as Jenkins\nSupport networking, storage, load balancing, VPN, firewall, and security-related technologies\nEnsure cloud environments align with HIPAA and ISO security and compliance standards\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience\nExperience administering Linux and/or Windows server environments\nExperience supporting enterprise applications in production environments\nBasic knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably AWS\nExperience troubleshooting infrastructure, systems, or application-related issues\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nExcellent communication and customer service abilities\nAbility to effectively prioritize work in a fast-paced environment\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience working with AWS cloud services\nExperience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation\nScripting or automation experience\nExperience with Jenkins or CI/CD tools\nExperience supporting SQL Server or other enterprise database platforms\nExperience working within enterprise networking environments\nKnowledge of virtualization technologies and cloud migration practices\nExperience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as terraform or CloudFormation\nExperience with scripting or automation\nWhat Success Looks Like\nTop performers in this role are curious, proactive problem-solvers who embrace new challenges and continually look for opportunities to improve systems through automation.
