This program will be a 8 week program based at the Netsmart Solutionarium in Overland Park, Kansas.\nThe FUTURES Program includes a balance between on the job learning, hands on client based work, professional development opportunities, leadership exposure and several social/networking events throughout the summer. If you aren't local to the Kansas City metro are we will have housing options for you available (certain criteria will have to be met in order to qualify for housing).\nFUTURES experience what makes growing a career at Netsmart special….building relationships, understanding the industry, in depth exposure to life changing technologies and connecting with a cause all in an environment that breeds creativity and collaboration.\nIT System Administrator Future Position Overview:\nAs an IT System Administrator Future, you will have the opportunity to act as an IT Liaison for our assigned systems by providing the technical resource support for our operational application owners and aligned initiatives. You will configure, modify, and maintain our business applications while also creating technical documentation for build requirements, data flow diagrams, software/configuration specifications and more. Working with the team, you will execute application administration tasks, including system configuration setting, associated software application administration, troubleshooting, and system maintenance as well as audits and analysis to ensure system integrity.\nJob Requirements\nHigh School diploma (or GED) and working toward relevant technical certification, training program, or associate degree.\nStrong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot technical problems\nStrong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills to interact with a wide variety of technical and non-technical stakeholders\nMust be organized, self-motivated, and with high attention to detail and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to balance individual and team effort in collaborative processes while meeting set deadlines\nNetsmart provides equal employment and advancement opportunities to all individuals.
