Responsibilities\nPMO Governance and Standards\nCreate, implement, and maintain enterprise PMO standards, methodologies, policies, and governance processes.\nDevelop and manage project delivery collateral, including governance frameworks, risk registers, testing plans, training plans, change management plans, implementation methodologies, policies, and standardized templates.\nEnsure PMO tools and standards clearly define the responsibilities of project leaders, managers, leads, internal teams, and clients.\nEvaluate and continuously improve governance practices that support successful client implementations.\nTraining and Enablement\nDevelop a comprehensive PMO training plan for project managers, leads, and delivery teams.\nCreate polished, client-ready training plan templates that clearly communicate roles, responsibilities, governance expectations, and prerequisites.\nParticipate in onboarding for new PMO team members and educate teams on standard templates, processes, and project management practices.\nServe as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor on PMO governance, methodology, and delivery standards.\nContinuous Improvement and Knowledge Management\nEstablish a structured feedback loop with the PMO to capture lessons learned and incorporate them into templates, collateral, standards, and delivery practices.\nCreate repeatable processes for translating project insights into practical improvements across the organization.\nMaintain documentation so standards remain current, useful, and scalable as client and business needs evolve.\nDrive improvements that strengthen consistency, efficiency, and project delivery quality.\nOperational Excellence and Reporting\nPartner with Operations and AI Automation teams to identify process efficiency, workflow automation, and dashboard opportunities.\nSupport the development of internal and client-facing dashboards, reporting tools, and performance metrics.\nImprove visibility into project delivery performance through clear, accurate, and actionable reporting.\nUse data, feedback, and operational insights to guide ongoing process improvements.\nCross-Functional Leadership\nEstablish strong relationships with matrixed leaders and stakeholders across the organization.\nPartner across PMO, Operations, Delivery, and leadership teams to maintain and evolve project management processes and standards.\nFacilitate alignment and adoption across functions while balancing governance requirements with practical delivery needs.\nChampion organizational change and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance project outcomes.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.\nProject Management Professional (PMP) certification required.\n10+ years of experience in PMO leadership, project management governance, methodology development, program management, implementation leadership, or operational excellence.\nExperience developing and implementing enterprise project management standards, governance frameworks, and delivery methodologies.\nProven experience building training programs, onboarding processes, client-facing materials, and organizational enablement initiatives.\nDeep knowledge of project governance, risk management, change management, testing methodologies, quality management, and implementation best practices.\nExperience leading cross-functional process improvement initiatives within complex, matrixed organizations.\nStrong facilitation, communication, stakeholder management, documentation, and organizational change leadership skills.\nExperience developing reporting frameworks, performance metrics, and executive or client-facing dashboards.\nProven ability to drive adoption of new processes, standards, templates, and methodologies.\nPreferred Qualifications\n15+ years of project management, PMO leadership, consulting, implementation, or professional services experience.\nExperience within healthcare technology, professional services, software delivery, or large-scale implementation environments.\nExperience creating client-facing governance, methodology, training, and implementation materials.\nExperience driving PMO transformation or organizational maturity initiatives.\nFamiliarity with AI-enabled process improvement, workflow automation, and digital transformation initiatives.\nExperience with project portfolio management, reporting, dashboard, or business intelligence tools.\nClient side experience to establish what clients need to support successful outcomes of EHR and software implementations.\nWhat Success Looks Like\nConsistent adoption of
