In this role, you’ll partner closely with Campaign Managers and cross-functional teams to help bring campaigns to life through email builds, quality assurance, event support, reporting, and post-event outreach.\nYou’ll track campaign performance and key outcomes such as engagement, click-through rates, event participation, and pipeline generation while helping ensure campaigns are executed accurately and on time. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys digging into results and collaborating with multiple teams in a fast-paced environment.\nResponsibilities\nSupport the development and management of internal and external programs to deliver business-aligned outcomes. \nApply best practice methodologies in program development and management\nResponsible for completion of program tasks and deliverables, development of business processes to meet program objectives\nCoordinate with cross functional groups and business stakeholders to ensure program deliverables are met \nCreate and maintain reporting on program performance against defined goals and objectives\nQualifications\nRequired\nBachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience\nEffective and efficient communication skills\nAbility to organize, prioritize and schedule a high workload\nDemonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities.\nStrong collaborative skills and the ability to communicate effectively with various audiences.\nPreferred\nExperience with program administration, program development or program management\nExperience managing financial budgets and/or accounting tasks\nNetsmart is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer, providing equal employment and advancement opportunities to all individuals.
