Plexus Services Sales Enablement

In this role, you will supportour Post Acute Organization. Working in Plexus Services Sales Enablement, you will work closely with sales and consulting teams to craft detailed scopes of work tailored to client needs. You’ll play a key role in responding to and delivering impactful Request for Proposal (RFP) presentations, whether onsite with clients or in virtual settings, showcasing Plexus methodology and implementation strategies. Collaboration will be at the heart of your day-to-day, as you partner across cross-functional teams to validate Level of Effort assumptions and ensure seamless alignment. This position offers the opportunity to influence client engagements, contribute to strategic planning, and be an integral part of a collaborative, results-driven environment.

Post Acute-

Post-Acute partners with providers in home health, hospice, senior living, and long-term care to deliver innovative technology solutions. Our tools streamline operations, enhance care coordination, and support person-centered care, helping organizations navigate the unique challenges of post-acute settings.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a point of communication and leadership for project team

  • Create, manage, and distribute daily and weekly status updates related to each project

  • Maintain project assets, communications, and related databases

  • Assist in coordination of all associates necessary to complete projects

  • Track progress on each project to ensure it stays on time and on budget

  • Adopt digital automation tools and AI-powered solutions into project workflows to streamline operations and improve team productivity

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience

  • Project management experience

  • Strong leadership skills, interpersonal competencies, and presentation skills

  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities

Preferred

  • Intermediate skills in the use of common business tool sets including MS Office

  • Experience working with automation technologies and AI-enabled business tools, with ability to identify opportunities for process improvement through technology adoption

Expectations

  • Up to 20% of the time

  • Position may at times require extended or irregular hours outside of traditional office hours to support clients and projects across multiple time zones and any required travel
