This opportunity will support our Post-Acute Consulting team and myUnity Uplift initiatives, partnering directly with clients as they move through complex technology and implementation projects.\nAs a Project Manager, you’ll lead client-facing projects from planning through delivery, bringing structure and momentum to cross-functional teams while keeping clients, internal stakeholders and project resources aligned around key milestones and outcomes. You’ll develop and manage project schedules, coordinate resources and dependencies, identify and mitigate risks, and provide clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. The work requires someone who can balance strong project management fundamentals with the relationship skills needed to build credibility with healthcare clients and internal teams.\nThis is an opportunity to work within Netsmart’s Post-Acute myUnity organization, where the team supports technology that spans the post-acute care continuum and continues to evolve through new capabilities, integrations and AI-enabled functionality. The team is looking for Project Managers who can step into complex client environments, quickly understand the moving pieces and confidently drive projects forward.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead end-to-end project delivery including planning execution monitoring and closure to meet defined scope timeline and budget\nCoordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align priorities and manage dependencies and drive project outcomes\nManage project risks issues and changes by identifying impacts and implementing mitigation actions\nEstablish and maintain project governance reporting and documentation to support visibility and decision-making\nGuide teams on project methodology deliverables and standards to ensure consistent execution\nManage resource allocation and utilization to optimize delivery efficiency and performance\nDrive process improvements by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and improve project outcomes\nQualifications\nRequired\nAt least 3 years of project management experience\nDemonstrate ability to lead project delivery across multiple stakeholders and priorities\nDemonstrate ability to assess risks and implement mitigation strategies to protect project outcomes\nDemonstrate strong communication skills to translate project status risks and decisions to stakeholders\nDemonstrate proficiency with project management tools reporting and data analysis\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience\nPreferred\nProject Management Professional certification or similar credential\nExperience working with cross-functional enterprise projects\nExperience using automation tools or digital solutions to improve project execution\nExperience supporting change management or process improvement initiatives\nNetsmart is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer, providing equal employment and advancement opportunities to all individuals.
