Including technical code reviews and coaching based on best practices.\n\nMentor technical associates to enhance the team’s technical skills, foster a collaborative culture, and sustain engagement\n\nArchitectural Design and Road mapping:\nAnalyze systems across business processes, applications, databases, and infrastructure. Document current states and build future-state architectural roadmaps across all tiers.\n\nDevelop artifacts representing current and future state system architecture, including visualization, database, and application layers.\n\nIdentify opportunities to enhance performance, stability, capacity, and resiliency of systems, architecture, databases, and processes, considering associated costs and risks.\n\nPlatform and Process Optimization:\nDesign and implement robust microservices leveraging .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular, AWS, and PostgreSQL.\n\nOptimize deployment strategies by leveraging physical, virtual, and cloud environments to meet performance and scalability needs.\n\nIdentify and implement improvements to ensure system capacity, performance, and operational excellence.\n\nOperational Proficiencies:\nOptimize Resource Utilization: Analyse infrastructure usage and application performance to recommend cost-effective solutions and improvements.\n\nImplement Best Practices: Advocate and enforce industry standards for software development, deployment, and maintenance to enhance operational excellence.\n\nCollaborate with DevOps Teams: Partner with DevOps to automate deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and incident management workflows.\n\nRisk Mitigation and Recovery: Identify potential operational risks and design fail-safe architectures and disaster recovery strategies.\n\nDocumentation and Training: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for systems, and train teams on operational protocols and tools.\n\nSupport Cross-Team Communication: Act as a liaison between technical teams and operational stakeholders to align priorities and objectives.\n\nRequired Skills:\nAt least 12-14 years of technical experience in software development.\n\nAt least 5 years of experience with full lifecycle development using Agile methodologies, including technical leadership for an Agile team.\n\nProven ability to guide complex projects from initial concepts to successful launch.\n\nExpertise in .NET, C#, SQL, and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.\n\nStrong ability to communicate technical knowledge effectively to clients, stakeholders, and cross functional teams.\n\nKnowledge of business operations, terminology, and communication standards.\n\nExcellent analytical, design, and troubleshooting skills.\n\nEducation/ Certifications:\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.\n\nNetsmart is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer, providing equal employment and advancement opportunities to all individuals.
