As a Software Engineer, you will design, develop, and support innovative software solutions that help healthcare providers deliver better outcomes forthecommunitiestheyserve.

In this role, you'll collaborate with product managers, architects, and fellow engineers to build scalable, high-quality applicationsusing.NET,C#,andSQL.You'llgainexposuretocloudtechnologies,healthcareworkflows,andmodernsoftwaredevelopmentpracticeswhilecontributingtoproductsthatmakeameaningfulimpactacrossthehealthcareindustry.

Responsibilities

• Participateinallphasesofthesoftwaredevelopmentlifecycle,includingrequirementsanalysis,solutiondesign,development,testing,deployment,andmaintenance.
• Design,develop,andmaintainsoftwaresolutionsprimarilyusingC#,.NET,andSQLtechnologies.
• Collaboratewithcross-functionalteamstotranslatebusinessandcustomerrequirementsintotechnicalsolutions.
• Writeclean,maintainable,andhigh-qualitycodethatfollowsengineeringstandardsandbestpractices.
• Troubleshootapplication,database,andintegrationissuesthroughdebuggingandrootcauseanalysis.
• Developandexecuteautomatedandmanualteststoensuresoftwarequality,reliability,andperformance.
• ParticipateinAgileceremonies,sprintplanning,technicaldesigndiscussions,andpeercodereviews.
• Buildknowledgeofclinicalandfinancialhealthcareworkflowsandapplythatexpertisetoproductdevelopment.
• Identifyopportunitiestoimproveapplicationperformance,scalability,security,andmaintainability.
• Researchandadoptnewtechnologies,tools,andengineeringpracticesthatimproveteameffectivenessandproductquality.
• Graduallytakeownershipoffeatures,enhancements,andcomponentsastechnicalexpertisegrows.
• Participateinarotationalon-callscheduleafteronboardingandtraining.

RequiredQualifications

• Bachelor'sdegreeinComputerScience,SoftwareEngineering,MIS,orarelatedfield,orequivalentrelevantworkexperience.
• ExperiencedevelopingapplicationsusingC# andtheMicrosoft.NETplatformthroughprofessionalexperience,internships,co-ops,academicprojects,orpersonalprojects.
• Knowledgeofobject-orientedprogrammingprinciplesandsoftwaredevelopmentfundamentals.
• ExperiencewithMicrosoftSQLServer,relationaldatabases,datamodeling,andSQLdevelopment.
• Understandingofcloud-basedSaaSapplicationarchitectures.
• FamiliaritywithAPIs,integrations,andmodernsoftwaredevelopmentpractices.
• Stronganalytical,troubleshooting,andproblem-solvingskills.
• Abilitytoindependentlylearnnewtechnologiesandapplythemeffectively.
• Abilitytoconsistentlydeliverhigh-qualityworkinacollaborative,fast-pacedenvironment.

PreferredQualifications

• ExperiencewithAmazonWebServices(AWS)andcloud-nativeapplicationdevelopment.
• ExperiencewithASP.NET,RESTAPIs,ordistributedapplicationarchitecture.
• ExposuretoCI/CDpractices,automatedtesting,andDevOpstools.
• Previousinternshiporexperiencewithasoftwarecompany,SaaSorganization,orhealthcaretechnologycompany.
• Experienceworkinginhealthcare,behavioralhealth,orhumanservicestechnologyenvironments.
