Built to support whole-person care, the platform uses real-time analytics, workflow tools, and clinical decision support to streamline care delivery.\nAs a consultant, you’ll help clients build forms, workflows, and clinical configurations that power everyday work for clinicians, administrators, and care teams.\nWhat You’ll Do\nClient Communication & Support\nPartner with clients to understand clinical workflows and how they translate into system needs.\nCommunicate system functionality, implementation progress, and issues in clear, accessible language.\nSupport client training sessions, workshops, and go-live activities to promote user confidence.\nSolution Configuration & Implementation\nConfigure system components such as clinical workflows, forms, and supporting dictionaries based on project requirements.\nPerform system build, testing, and validation using Netsmart’s implementation methodology.\nSupport NX Upgrade initiatives by partnering with clients to evaluate clinical workflows, validate system configurations, facilitate testing activities, and ensure a smooth transition to enhanced platform capabilities.\nTroubleshoot configuration and data-related issues across diverse environments.\nProject Participation\nTake part in client meetings, internal initiatives, and cross-functional collaborations.\nProvide input on workflow analysis and help identify areas for optimization.\nDocument solution status, risks, and issues for clients and project leadership.\nContinuous Improvement\nSupport process improvements, contribute to team knowledge, and help enhance delivery methodologies.\nMaintain clear documentation of best practices and client-specific configurations.\nQualifications\nRequired\nAbility to work in office at Netsmart’s headquarters in Overland Park, KS\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience\nAt least 1 year of healthcare information technology or systems management implementation or consulting working experience\nWritten and verbal communication skills\nDecision-making skills\nFlexibility\nComfort with ambiguity\nWillingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, client-facing environment\nPreferred\nExperience with Netsmart EHR solutions\nExperience within Netsmart client industries (clinical, human services, long-term care, senior living, etc.)\nExperience working in a clinical setting (behavioral health, acute care, residential, outpatient, etc.)\nExpectations\nPotential travel up to 20% as needed (may vary by project and client)\nPosition may require occasional extended or irregular hours to support clients across multiple time zones and during project go-live periods\nNetsmart is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer, providing equal employment and advancement opportunities to all individuals.
