As our Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will own the end-to-end marketing automation strategy that ensures no strategic opportunity quietly disappears - and that every prospect, regardless of where they are in the buying journey, receives relevant, timely, and valuable communication from us.\nYou will work directly with Marketing, Sales, Rev Ops, and Executive Leadership to design and execute structured nurture journeys, build lifecycle automation workflows, and report on pipeline-influenced revenue. You will help own HubSpot Marketing and be the internal expert on how we use it to convert more of the opportunities we are already generating.\nWHAT YOU WILL OWN\nDesign and build HubSpot lifecycle nurture sequences by vertical (or lead source/ solution) \nBuild and optimise marketing automation workflows - enrollment logic, triggers, branching, and timing when the nurture sequences \nBuild, manage, and refine sales sequences that support AE follow-up at key pipeline stages\nExecute A/B testing across email nurture campaigns and iterate based on performance data\nWork with content and design to develop vertical plans that map to pipeline stages - ensuring the right message reaches the right prospect at the right time\nWrite compelling nurture email copy that stays relevant and valuable long after the initial meeting\nReport on nurture performance and MRR-influenced attribution to Marketing leadership and EXCO\nQUALIFICATION:\nMarketing Business Degree or similar\nSKILLS & EXPERIENCE\n5 years in a B2B marketing automation or lifecycle marketing role\nDemonstrable experience building HubSpot workflows from scratch - not just using existing ones\nBackground in B2B SaaS, IT, technology, or professional services with long sales cycles\nProven ability to collaborate with Sales teams and translate pipeline needs into marketing action\nHubSpot Marketing and Sales Hub - advanced \nWorkflow & automation building\nLead scoring & lifecycle stage management\nSales sequence design & management\nMarketing email A/B testing\nGlobal module experience\nClaude skills would be
