The ideal candidate will support the execution of marketing campaigns, coordinate events and digital initiatives, and help manage day-to-day operations of the marketing department. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who is eager to grow and contribute in a dynamic environment.\nKey Responsibilities:\nAssist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event channels\nCoordinate social media content calendars and schedule posts\nTrack, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics (e.g., email open rates, social engagement, website traffic)\nHelp manage the company website and update content as needed\nConduct market research and competitive analysis\nCoordinate logistics for events, trade shows, and promotional campaigns\nSupport the development of marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, and email newsletters\nLiaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time\nMaintain the marketing database and organize digital assets\nProvide general administrative support to the marketing team\nWhat we are looking for:\n2-3 years of marketing experience\nA university degree in a relevant discipline such as business or marketing\nExperience with using a CRM such as Salesforce\nHands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (Pardot ideal)\nExperience in website management and SEO best practices (WordPress preference)\nUnderstanding of analytics tools, funnel tracking, and performance metrics\nExperience facilitating webinars, podcasts, or similar activities\nHands-on experience with social media and paid advertising channels\nAbility to write compelling copy, calls to action, and persuasive pitches\nAbility to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment\nAdditional Items:\nDesign experience including Adobe InDesign, HTML, CSS\nVideo creation and marketing expertise\nExperience with Google AdWords and Google Analytics\nWhat we have to offer:\nCompetitive salary, group health benefits and an RRSP/DPSP\nA commitment to your professional development and training\nA world-class software suite in a growing market segment\nThe opportunity to develop marketing on a global level\nCompensation for this position commensurate with skills and experience and includes all wage ranges as defined under the Employment Standards Act, 2000 (ESA).
