You’ll keep critical operations running smoothly while strengthening processes, partnering across the business and contributing your expertise as our products, systems and regulatory environment continue to evolve.\nWhat you’ll do\nLead and develop a team of three, creating a capable, collaborative and high performing fund operations function.\n\nOversee daily bank reconciliations and scheduled asset reconciliations across listed securities, managed funds and term deposits.\n\nOwn daily banking activities and fortnightly fee runs, ensuring they are completed accurately and on schedule.\n\nMaintain strong operational controls, policies and procedures, ensuring they remain current and compliant.\n\nPartner with auditors and teams across Product, IT, Legal, Risk and Compliance to keep things moving and solve problems.\n\nBring a finance and accounting lens to projects, product changes and system improvements, helping shape practical solutions as Netwealth evolves.\n\nAbout you\nYou’re an experienced fund operations professional who knows how to balance the detail with the bigger picture. You’re comfortable leading a team, taking ownership of critical operational processes and working across the business to get things done. Just as importantly, you’re someone who looks for smarter ways of working and enjoys bringing structure, improvement and clarity to a busy environment.\nYou bring 5+ years of relevant fund operations experience, with strong exposure to reconciliations, banking, fee calculations and investment products.\n\nYou have a degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.\n\nYou understand the complexities of fund operations and can confidently manage recurring daily, fortnightly and monthly deliverables.\n\nYou’re highly organised, comfortable taking ownership and know how to keep multiple priorities moving without losing sight of the detail.\n\nYou’re a confident communicator who can build trusted relationships across Finance and the broader business.\n\nYou’re naturally curious about how things could work better and enjoy improving processes, strengthening controls and leaving things better than you found them.\n\nLife At Netwealth\nAt Netwealth, we believe a fulfilling career is built on growth, balance, and belonging.
