Each role plays a critical part in delivering better outcomes for advisers, clients and the business while supporting Netwealth's continued growth.\nWorking in a product led environment, you will own problems to solve rather than a backlog of features. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, business priorities, regulatory obligations and platform capabilities, then partnering with engineers, designers and stakeholders to deliver meaningful outcomes.\nThis is an opportunity to work on complex and impactful challenges that sit at the intersection of customer experience, platform capability, operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.\nKey Responsibilities\nTaking ownership of a product domain and developing a deep understanding of how it operates, including underlying systems, data, and workflows\n\nIdentifying the most important problems to solve, balancing customer, operational, and business needs\n\nLeading product discovery to understand pain points, test ideas, and shape the right solutions\n\nWorking closely with engineering to design and deliver improvements through small, iterative releases\n\nSimplifying complex, process driven areas and reducing manual handling and risk\n\nUsing data and insights to inform decisions, measure outcomes, and continuously improve the product\n\nBalancing BAU, regulatory, and operational priorities with longer term product and platform improvements\n\nPartnering with stakeholders across technology, operations, finance, and risk to align on priorities and drive outcomes\n\nAbout You\nYou’re a Product Manager who enjoys working in complex, data rich environments where the problems are not always obvious and the value comes from getting the fundamentals right.\nYou’re comfortable being given problems to solve rather than a list of features to deliver, and you work closely with your team to find the best path forward. You care about outcomes, use data to guide your thinking, and take a pragmatic approach to delivery.\nYour experience includes:\nProven product management experience within investment platforms, financial services, or similarly complex environments\n\nStrong product experience working with data, integrations, workflows, or operational systems is essential\n\nExposure to investment administration, tax reporting, client reporting, or asset management processes is ideal\n\nExperience working with data heavy systems and understanding how financial data flows through platforms\n\nAbility to simplify complex processes and communicate clearly with both technical and non technical stakeholders\n\nExperience working in cross functional teams with engineering and business partners\n\nA structured, outcome focused approach to problem solving, with the ability to balance short term needs with longer term improvements\n\nComfort working in a product led environment where teams are empowered to explore solutions and continuously improve\n\nA product-led mindset, with the ability to balance day-to-day operational needs with longer-term architectural improvement\n\nLife At Netwealth\nAt Netwealth, we believe a fulfilling career is built on growth, balance, and belonging.
