What was once largely outsourced is now becoming a strategic capability at the centre of how we discover, shape and deliver products for advisers and their clients.\nWe're now looking for a Senior Product Designer to join the team in Melbourne.\nThis isn't a role for someone who just wants to make screens look good.\nWe're looking for a designer who loves understanding customer problems, shaping opportunities alongside Product and Engineering, and turning complexity into experiences that genuinely improve people's working lives.\nWhat you'll be doing\nLeading discovery and research activities with financial advisers\n\nHelping shape product strategy, not just executing requirements\n\nPartnering closely with Product Managers and Engineers as part of a product trio\n\nUsing evidence, experimentation and customer insight to influence decisions\n\nCoaching and lifting the capability of other designers through feedback and collaboration\n\nYou'll probably be a good fit if you\nHave 5+ years designing digital products\n\nAre comfortable moving from research and strategy into detailed interaction design\n\nCan facilitate conversations, challenge assumptions and influence stakeholders\n\nCare deeply about customer outcomes and measurable impact\n\nEnjoy working in ambiguity and helping teams find clarity\n\nWhy join?\nWe're building a design function that is moving beyond delivery and into problem framing, opportunity discovery and strategic influence.
